NOTE: In the [unlikely :( ] event of a big win, you might find it difficult to prove to Inland Revenue that you won the money and I hadn’t just given it to you.

AGREEMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE OLD RED LION LOTTERY SYNDICATE

  1. The syndicate is open to patrons of The Old Red Lion, Lower Way, Great Brickhill MK17 9AG.
  2. Investments will be made solely in UK Lottery games.
  3. The Manager of the syndicate is:

  4. The Syndicate Manager has been authorised by the members to purchase tickets and manage the accounts of the syndicate on their joint behalf.
  5. The syndicate will run in 10 week cycles, each starting on a Saturday.
  6. A member must deposit £10.00 cash with the Syndicate Manager by the end of Wednesday prior to the cycle commencing. Non-payment of this amount will mean the member does not participate in the forthcoming cycle and will not be entitled to any winning during the cycle.
  7. Each member will be invited to suggest a set of 6 numbers. Each member’s set of numbers will be entered once in each Saturday’s draw whilst he or she is an active member of the syndicate.
  8. New members will only be admitted prior to the start of a 10 week cycle.
  9. The maximum number of members permitted in the syndicate is 30.
  10. Any prizes won by the syndicate during a 10 week cycle are to be shared equally amongst the syndicate members of that cycle.
  11. 11 At the end of each 10 week cycle, the Manager will process the total winnings for the period. The Manager may canvas opinion from the syndicate members on what to do with the proceeds but the final decision will lie with the Manager.
  12. The Manager will produce a weekly report on the standing of the Syndicate, detailing winnings, members’ account standing and details of upcoming draws.
  13. The actions of the syndicate are private. In the event of a substantial win, the Syndicate does not wish to have any national or local publicity.
